Five Year Warranty

What does Colasante’s 5 year Warranty means to you.

We replace any defective product or part thereof for the first five years at no cost to the customer. That includes Labour. Why is this different from other companies.

The industry standard for a labour warranty is one (1) year. Which means in the third year if a product or part thereof is/has broken. You are charged the labour for installation.

Eg: A sealed unit (glass) in a new window has condensation between the glass in the third (3) year. Usually no charge for the glass. But they would charge to replace it. Which depending on the size of the glass could range from $80.00 to whatever they want to charge.

The majority of consumers forget or cannot be bothered to activate a warranty on items such as windows, doors, siding, etc. after a few years. We want our customers to know they can and should rely on us.
